Ocean Adventures

Something a little different to families this summer!

Enchanted Moon Sound & Wellbeing CIC and Flow & Grow have come together to combine the joy of a family drum circle with creative movement, imaginative play and nature-inspired adventures with 2 events.

Each session has its own exciting theme, taking families on a new adventure through rhythm, movement and sound.

 12th August – Woodland Wonders
Journey through an enchanted woodland, becoming trees, woodland animals and forest explorers through drumming, movement and imagination.

 19th August – Ocean Adventure
Dive beneath the waves as we explore the sea with ocean-inspired movement, drumming, chants and calming sounds.

Every session ends with a gentle sound relaxation, leaving everyone feeling calm, connected and uplifted.

 Suitable for all ages – no musical or movement experience needed.
 A welcoming, inclusive space where children and their grown-ups can connect, create and have fun together.
