Fern Church is our Energy Manager, bringing a grounded, community‑focused perspective shaped by his upbringing in Tipi Valley, an off‑grid community centred on natural, minimalist living based in South Wales. With over ten years of experience in marketing and branding, Fern has more recently specialised in expanding renewable heating and retrofit technologies across the UK, including heat pumps, solar systems and borehole drilling. Working closely with social housing providers, manufacturers and developers to drive practical, people‑centred solutions that support the transition to Net Zero.
