First Step Mental Health Support
If you're experiencing anxiety, depression, or any other mental health challenges, you're not alone. At Hwb y Gors, we’re proud to host First Step Mental Health Support, a welcoming and confidential space run by Shadows Depression Support Group. These sessions are free, supportive, and non-judgemental, offering a chance to talk, listen, and connect with others in a safe environment. First Step sessions are fortnightly from Thursday 18th September to Thursday 11th December, always from 10am to 12pm. There’s no need to book — just turn up. From Cymru to Canada – hitchhiking across the Atlantic
Come and meet our inaugaral Artist in Residence at Hwb y Gors.
Eira has been busy creating artwork in response to her recent low-carbon journey to Canada in which she hitchhiked her way across the Atlantic, bussed through Mexico and hitchhiked up through the USA.
